The Collingwood Hotel is located at 321 Hume Highway Liverpool, on the corner of Hoxton Park Road. A 100 space onsite car park is situated at the rear of the hotel with entry via Gillespie Street, off Hoxton Park Road and via the Hume Highway.
Patrons wishing to visit our drive thru bottleshop can enter either off the Hume Highway and exit through Gillespie Street or vice versa. Our Bottlemart outlet provides specials across a wide range of products that are updated fortnightly.
The hotel is comprised of two bars each with its own identity: Public Bar and Lounge Bar. The Public Bar incorporates the following: platinum TAB, sports area, live bet, keno, two outdoor courtyards featuring their own bars as well as the main bar inside with both indoor and outdoor pool tables. There is entertainment in the Public Bar three days a week ranging from soloists to a pool comp. Each Thursday and Friday complimentary hot bar snacks are offered throughout all areas of the Public Bar.
The Lounge Bar incorporates the following areas: a dedicated Bistro area with seating for up to 45 persons plus numerous additional socializing areas that can also be used for functions. These include the outdoor beergarden, cozy fireplace, horseshoe lounge, booths, brickwall table and dancefloor. A projector and microphone are available and there is indoor and outdoor background music with surround sound. This area hosts a variety of entertainment during the week including Djs, bands, karaoke and live acoustic soloists.
The Hotel is open seven days a week Monday to Thursday until 4am, Friday and Saturday until 6am and Sunday until 12Midnight. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits are available. |
